UK Global Talent Visa Requirements Update

Tech Nation recently published an important update to the requirements for the UK Global Talent Visa.

All the letters of recommendation that you submit as part of your case for the Global Talent Visa should now come from "well-established individuals acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field, with detailed knowledge of the applicant’s work over a period of 12 months or more."

This applies to any additional letters of reference submitted as evidence to support your application.

Previously, there was no requirement as to how long the expert writing the recommendation letter should have known you for.
